zxgeotoratesmig5.sql run VERY slow while apply patch 6678700 upgrade from 11.5.10.2 to Rel 12.1.1

Problem Description

all all my 8 workers are running zxgeotoratesmig5.sql . They have been all running since 4 hours ago and still running. There is no error on any worker.

Are they hang?  Is there a way to speed up them.?.. How can we reduce the downtime while we are upgrade our production?
