EM12c - DBaaS scale up question

Hi Guys,

We're wondering about to adopt Cloud Control as tool to offer DBaaS solutions in our company but first of all we would like to understand if we could move pluggable databases between the servers based in the workload. For example, if database A increased its using and is exceeding the resources from server X which is a small server, can the cloud admin move this database instantly to a bigger server since they're on the same Database Pool using Cloud Control 12c ?  Does anyone know if there is some procedure like this in place ? With no outages ?
