SMTP Port
We are looking at using Office 365 for email hosting. According to Microsoft Technet, Office 365 uses port 587 or if neccessary port 25 to connect for SMTP. The prefered method is to use username/password to authenticate when sending email.
According to the OTM 6.3.4 Security Guide I can send email with username\password in the SMTP Host property setting. Can I also set the port number in the SMTP Host?
Does this bug Bug 20523277 : FP 6.3.4.1-6.3.7:SMTP AUTHENTICATION NOT POSSIBLE WITH USER NAME BEING AN EMAIL mean it does not work unless I upgrade to 6.3.7?
