Termination Credit generated with Subline details in place of Service line details

We are on 11.5.10.2 version. Usually on termination of service contract credit memo gets generated for service line (i.e. with one line). But in one service contract, credit memo got generated with sublines details (i.e. Covered product). Can you please let us know what might the reason? I have attach screenshot where multiple lines are getting visible in history against credit memo for all corresponding sublines billing schedule. Usually it only creates credit memo for service line billing schedules.
