ADI Budget upload file won't let me make changes

Users want to create the budget in a spreadsheet.  They then want to copy and paste from that spreadsheet to the ADI budget upload spreadsheet and overwrite the accounts that are in the spreadsheet.  We keep getting the 'read only fields cannot be changed'.  Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
