Time Zone missing from calendar of UTC datetime field in OpenUI

We have observed that Calendar for date selection on UTC Date Time field doesn't have option for time zone selection in Open UI. This control is missing.

Though in HI user can select a specific Time zone from control and based on that conversion will happen before storing DateTime on db.

Is this a known issue in Open UI or already a BUG is raised for same. Appreciate your inputs on same. PFA screenshot from HI and OpenUI
