OTL - Timecard Deletion

Hi,

I have a question in OTL. Client requirement is employee should be able to delete submitted and approved timecard from Selfservice module. I have set below preferences and its allowing to delete the timecard.

  1. Timecard Delete Allowed
  2. Self Service Timecard Status that Allows User Edits - here i have used Retro option.

Approved timecards will be transferred to projects thru PRC:Transaction import process. Now the requirement is timecard which are transferred to projects should not be deleted or there should be a new status(Transferred to Projects) in employee selfservice - recent timecards tab. Is there any way to control this ?.
