Please help me understand the help --> about oracle applications --> forms user cpu seconds and form

Can any one help me understand the significance of forms user CPU(secs) and Forms system CPU(secs) .

Back group : our system is very slow and opening a calendar from oracle form takes 15 seconds . We did a tkprof for trace file and found that data base query takes only

a fraction of seconds . So trying to investigate what is causing the slowness .

Any help is greatly appriciated .
