I have read note (Doc ID 1671693.1)  There is a workaround, but im not sure which SQL i am supposed to make the mentioned solution in.

The cuncurrent program is IEXXMLGEN but the executeble in that CP is a java class. Im confuced, have other fixed this problem or should i create an SR
