FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID
Hi All,
We've just deployed in Production (12.1.3) and "testing" some features in order to check that all the applications are working properly.
However, navigating in a responsibility used for Technical Support (Field Service), some users are experiencing this error when attempting to create a service request:
FRM-41045: Cannot find item: invalid ID
Is there any known solution?
