Release multiple products through Workflow in Siebel

Hello Team,

We have a requirement in Siebel integration, where we are fetching bulk product details from external system and processing(upserting) them in Siebel in a Workflow,  Now once the upsert is done, these products needs to be "Released" in the same Workflow, We tried using Vanilla BS "ISS Authoring Import Export Service" Method "Post_EIM_Upgrade" to release these bulk updated products in the Workflow, but could not see this working. Request your help on this!
