Territory Manager page showing blank

Hello,

Iam having an issue where Territory is showing blank in one environment and in other environment territories are showing up for my user id.  Tried with another user login, in environment  where it is coming blank with my user login. With that user log in , iam able to see territories listed. Attached screenshot for reference.

Need guidance on how to find what is causing the issue. Any inputs on this really appreciated.
