emctl failed to respond.

Hi,

when we enter emctl command in application server we are getting below error. Kindly help us to solve this.

bash-3.2$ emctl

/appfin/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/bin/emctl: /appfin/apps/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/: does not exist
