HMR to modify P-Asserted-Identity

Hi all,

Looking for some help structuring my HMR. I'm kinda new at this, so any help is appreciated.

My rule should modify the P-Asserted-Identity number of a outbound call when the below are true.

To = 800-xxx-xxxx or 866 or 888, etc (calling only TF numbers)

From or P-Asserted-Identity = 678-797-xxxx (I will have multiple NPA-Nxx this will apply to)

Then manipulate P-Asserted-Identity to new number. I.E. 706-644-xxxx
