Advanced Benefits API - populating BEN_PRTT_RT_VAL with ben_election_information.election_informatio

Hi,

We are on R12.2.4 and trying to upload benefits data into EBS.

My eventual objective is to populate the below tables using the API ben_election_information.election_information_w:

BEN_BNFT_PRVDD_LDGR_F

BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT_F

BEN_PRTT_RT_VAL

I have managed to populate BEN_BNFT_PRVDD_LDGR_F and BEN_PRTT_ENRT_RSLT_F, but however hard I try I am not able to populate the final table BEN_PRTT_RT_VAL which holds the actual amount. I initially tried with setting p_rt_strt_dt1, p_rt_end_dt1 to values, then added
