Can you load exchange rates via FDMEE using a flat file?

We have a multi currency application on 11.1.2.4 and are using a flat file to load General Ledger and Subledger data.  Exchange rates are needed in the application.  Is there a way to use a flat file via FDMEE to load the exchange rates?
