EBS R12.2 - DB-ETCC Reports Missing Bug-Fixes

Hello All

I installed R12.2 and upgraded database to 12.1.0.2 with April 2015 PSU and applied database overlay patches by following this MOS Document 'Database Patch Set Update Overlay Patches Required for Use with PSUs and Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 1147107.1)'

After that when I run DB-ETCC (downloaded on 04-Sep-2015), it reports following missing bug-fixes (below). But Doc 1147107.1 doesn't mention these patches under table 'Table 1 Release 12.1.0.2 PSUs and Patch Lists for EBS r12.2 customers not using the In-Memory option', I applied all bug fixes mentioned for 'Overlay Patch To Apply if  12.1.0.2.3 PSU 20299023 is Already Applied'


Some required one-off bugfixes are missing from the Database ORACLE_HOME.
