Can anyone give me advice for wait events 'Streams AQ:' in STATSPACK rpt and how to tune it?

Hi: this is our STATSPACK report during 7 hours volume test, so the first hour is more for file reading and get system up.  The below report is 2nd hour. I saw many 'Streams AQ:' in 'wait event' section.  I'm not asking SQL section this time, just need a few helpful points in regarding to 'Streams AQ' and other findings about our wait events, so that I can troubleshoot it better?  please ignore 'log file..' in 'Top 5 wait events', my team told me they knew it and can't do any change about the logt; so please focus on other
