I have created a custom Integrator for the Federal Financial application using the FV_BE_Interface t

I have created a custom Integrator for the Federal Financial application using the FV_BE_Interface table for the interface.  When I attempt to create a document the custom intergrator does not appear in the drop down list.  Can anyone help me solve this issue.  I can Preview the Manage Integrator responsibility but I cannot create a document since the intergrator does not appear in the drop down list.
