SQL_ID Hyperlink Missing on DB Top Performance Page in em12.1.0.5

Ever since I upgraded to em12.1.0.5 I am frequently encountering missing hyperlinks for SQL IDs of top statements on the DB performance page. I'm on the most recent system patch that was released on 8/31 but the problem was present prior. The DIAG+TUNING pack is enabled in both the DB and the license page. Any one else encountering this issue?
