OEM webpage displays "SSL server probably obsolete."

Just yesterday, our Enterprise Manager Grid Control is showing:

SSL server probably obsolete.

ERR_SSL_FALLBACK_BEYOND_MINIMUM_VERSION

And we can't proceed to the log-in page. Before it's just showing us a certificate warning which we can just ignore and proceed to the EM. How can we bypass this error?

Our EM is used locally, and not accessible through internet so we don't bother with having it 'certified'.
