Why does OpenUI look like a 'mobile' application?

Hello,

I enabled openui by modifying server parameter and cfg file on our eCommunicationsObjMgr_enu component but it looks like its made for a tablet or phone instead of a desktop browser.

Doc ID 1499842.1  shows examples of mobile and non-mobile screens, ours looks like 'mobile' version.

I verified these parameters are set:

HighInteractivity=TRUE

EnableOpenUI=TRUE

MobileApplication=FALSE

How can I get rid of 'mobile' mode even though MobileApplication=False ?
