Handle Advance Leave in Accrual Plan Having Validation to prevent negative Balance
We have accrual plan setup. The validation in BG_ABSENCE_DURATION prevents employees from taking leave if the leave will reduce the balance to negative.
In the above setup, we need a facility to allow employees to take advance leave even if they don't have required balance ( in case of Ramadan and Christmas period) based on management discretion, which should get adjusted later with future accruals.
Any idea how to handle this scenario?
