Are there any benefits to using Solaris Cluster 4.x for Oracle RAC 12c?

We are currently using Solaris Cluster 3.x for our Oracle DB environment. We want to use Oracle RAC. We are planning on upgrading to Solaris 11 as well.

What are the benefits of using Solaris Cluster 4.x as oppose to using Oracle clusterware?
