S_ESCL_REQ stuck and affects all the workmon agents
Hello All,
We have multiple Workflow monitor agents under different Policy groups.
There was an issue when one of the policies had a bad record stuck in S_ESCL_REQ and all the workflows that are there in any of the policy/group got stuck. So, now the question is that as per our understanding, if a record is stuck, it should only affect the records of one workmon group. But none of the records in S_ESCL_REC was getting processed.
Can anybody please clarify this.
