The R77703 Canadian Payroll History Audit rpt showing integrity error 010

The R77703 Payroll History Audit report is being ran on data that has been migrated into E1 9.1 from a legacy system. We are getting error "010 Gross in F06156 n.e. Detail in PDBA Files F0618/F0719". The discrepancy is related to one Benefit DBA which the report is not picking up from the F0719 table causing the Gross from the F06156 to be greater. After reviewing the data in the F0719 the only difference I see with this Benefit is the "Deduct/Benefit Override Code (PGRP)" - header name in table DB Sc. On most DBAs it is set to "C"
