Essbase Error(1013289): Command [Import] failed due to memory allocation failure

We have a data load rule to load the actual data from ebs  to Hyperion Planning. But there is an error while the data rule try to import data to Hyperion Planning with this error:

Essbase Error(1013289): Command [Import] failed due to memory allocation failure
