ARXTWMAI- GL Account LOV on distribution form issue

Dears,

When updating the GL Account in distributions for transactions, Not able to save. 

When saving it form gives the message "FRM-40401: No changes to save".

The transaction distributions form is not recognizing the change and so is not commiting.

This happens only if changing the GL Segments details by clicking the fields LOV button. But it works fine if changing the details directly in the GL Account field.

This is an issue only in environment with RPC3 patches.

ARXTWMAI  -> 12.0.129.12010000.64

I tested this issue on another different RPC3 instance, and couldn't reproduce this problem.

Could you please advise what should I check for this issue.
