How can I mark a specific period that been Never Opened to Future Entry?

How can I mark a specific period that been Never Opened to Future Entry? I'm trying to mark a specific period "Aug-16" as Future Entry. at the moment The latest open period is Sep-15, and the latest  Future Entry period is "Oct-15"
