How do I insert data into IM_RESOLUTION_ACTION table and which are the other tables need to be updat

How do I insert data into IM_RESOLUTION_ACTION table and which are the other tables need to be updated.

Actually  for few invoices cost / quantity resolution has been taken however there is no entry in IM_RESOLUTION_ACTION table

because this invoice is not getting posted. Kindly help and advice.@Purna Singh-Oracle
