Regarding parameter compatible in EBSR12

Hi

we are using EBSR12.1.3,In ifile,can we set compatible to 11.2.0.4?

Now I found in our environments,

environment A:

compatible is set as 11.2.0

environment B:

compatible is set as 11.2.0.4

I want to make both of them to be set as 11.2.0 or 11.2.0.4

Could you please tell me when I change it,what is the impact to EBS environment?

In the following note,It seems that we must set it to 11.2.0

Is my understanding correct?
