I've got the following error while starting up oracle database standard edition running on windows 2012 R2 x 64

Starting background process AQPC

AQPC started with pid=34, OS id=6296

Exception [type: ACCESS_VIOLATION, UNABLE_TO_READ] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFFC4C3CBB8] [PC:0x7FF612674FFF, kkecstAddSortCostToQB()+1199]

Errors in file C:\MTF\LOGS\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\mtf\mtf\trace\mtf_ora_5884.trc  (incident=201):

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kkecstAddSortCostToQB()+1199] [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFFC4C3CBB8] [PC:0x7FF612674FFF] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

Incident details in: C:\MTF\LOGS\ORACLE\diag\rdbms\mtf\mtf\incident\incdir_201\mtf_ora_5884_i201.trc

Use ADRCI or Support Workbench to package the incident.
