Full package give error at client and server "Failed to create MSDE spec repository"

HI ,

Good day.

we are facing problem during the build the new full package after the hardware migration with machine name changed.

we are facing following error during(ClientPkgBuild) build the full package.

PkgMisc.cpp:1874 PKGMSC0013 ERROR: Failed to create MSDE spec repository.

JDE.log error>

ODB0000164 - STMT:00 [24000][0][2] [Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Invalid cursor state

JDB9900189 - Failed to verify that table exists in SPEC__PY900_SPC

I have attached the all jde.log, serverbuild.log and client pkg build.

Please guide me where is problem.
