CRM mail delivery thru MS exchange server 2010

Dear All

we are using oracle jd Edwards enterprise One E910 UM2 with tools release TR9.1.4.4

we have oracle DB and oracle web logic server

we recently started using the CRM Module of JDE  and we are facing the below issue

the issue is when sending an email with a pdf attachment from JDE to an email recipient the .pdf attachment is delivered as exaple: (file name.pdf------.dat)  find attached the print screen

but this issue is not consistent on all mail recipient

users with outlook 2010 are facing this issue

other users with different software receives the pdf correctly  for example if i send it to my Hotmail it is correctly delivered
