Records getting purged from im_resolution_action,IM_QTY_DISCREPANCY

Hi All,

Records getting purged from IM_Resolution_action, IM_QTY_DISCREPANCY,IM_QTY_DISCREPANCY_HIST,IM_COST_DISCREPANCY & IM_COST_DISCREPANCY_HIST. However DEBIT MEMO's getting created & POSTED by the system  and when we are trying POST the invoices which are in 'MTCH ' match status we found no entry in above tables kindly help and advice.

using  ReIM 12.011 Version.
