Interoperability of non-12c agents with 12c Cloud Control

We have a large estate which is currently using OEM 10g and 11g.

We are now planning to create a single new environment based on 12c Cloud Control for replacing the OEM 10g + OEM 11g.

For new servers we will install 12 agents.

However the question is, will old agents be able to work with 12c Cloud Control or will we have to replace the non-12c agents with 12c agents?
