How to uninstall Oracle 11g R2 client database on Deployment server

Hi All,

We installed the Oracle 11g R2 client 11.2.0.1 on deployment server as pre-requisite of dep server but our Oracle database server release is 11g R2 11.2.0.4.0 so we want to install same 11.2.0.4.0 client version on deployment server. so what is the procedure, do we need to take the local databases but why? if we are uninstalling Oracle 11g client only so it will not touch/delete the Oracle/E1Local folder and our local databases will be safe.  it will delete only oracle11g folder right?
