Enforce Title Case for the name fields

Hi All,


In the (R12.1.3)  People Enter & Maintain form while hiring an Employee i want "Enforce title case for name fields" i.e. first letter of a word should be capital.

I tried it through Form Personalization for "CASE RESTRICTION"  but there are only 3 values : Upper Case, Lower Case and None. Can any one of you please guide me that how can i make this change happen, its a client requirement.
