clib command not working in IP2015

Hi Experts,

We are using clib command to open/write/rename file using escript, after we upgrade our application from 8.1.1.11 PS13 to IP2015 this is not working.

we have already enabled Allow File System Access =True in 8.1.1.11 PS13 version and IP2015 version, but this is not working in IP2015. the same is working fine in 8.1.1.11 PS13.

can anyone pass light on this...
