Streams apply aborted after switch over of target db

Hello,

We are using one direction replication for multiple source databases to a single central target database. Source databases and target database are running in Data Guard configuration with one physical stand-by database each. All databases are running 11.2.0.3.6 on Linux 64bit.

We intended to apply one offline patch and because we couldn't get downtime for the entire server hosting other DBs we decided to switch over the target database. For this we have disabled the apply processes  for all the clients, then switched over and started the apply for only one client then decided not to apply any patch so we disabled the only apply remained enabled and then performed the switch back. After we started again almost all the 'apply' processes have aborted with the "no data found" errors. Affected are about 12 streams clients.

Howdy, Stranger!
