I faced problem for Intercompany Settlement in JDE E1

Could we use Employee Number in Common use for all BUs?

While we are checking the Balance Sheet Report , we saw Intercompany Settlement (amount-5,000,000) with account code xxxx.1860 in both 100 and 300 company .

We don't know what is that amount and where is come from? And also Finance people never use that account code (xxxx.1860) for entry.

Now, Finance Controllers cann't finalize Balance Sheet report because of that amount.
