How to load customer data while ECE is in UsageProcessing mode.

Hi,

We have extracted customer data from BRM using ODI. We have all our xmls ready to load. But ECE is in UsageProcessing mode. We don't want to restart the ECE cluster as it will disturb our current  environment which is pretty stable.

How can we load the customer data in UsageProcessing mode? Can anyone help please
