What report can reconcile with Transaction Value Historical Summary - Average/FIFO/LIFO Costing

Hi,

     In R12.2, How can I know the report Transaction Value Historical Summary - Average/FIFO/LIFO Costing was corrected what report can I reconcile with or can I compare with Cost History form?

     Example

          In cost history form choose backdate to 31-Jul-15 item A has value 100, in present item has value 110 but when I run report and choos backdate to 31-Jul-15 the report show value 110 not 100 so how can I check this report show item value correctly.

Please advise.
