Why report Period Close Reconciliation Report cannot reconcile with Transaction Value Historical Sum

Hi,

     I run report Period Close Reconciliation Report choose period OCT-14 and run report Transaction Value Historical Summary Report - Average/FIFO/LIFO Costing in same period the transaction value of both report not equal. Why?

    #### Value of report ####

     Transaction Value Historical : 18,542,243.81

     Period Close Reconciliation : 18,542,234.35

     And some item in Period Close Reconciliation Report show account value 809.14 but in Transaction Value Historical Summary Report - Average/FIFO/LIFO Costing show 819.57.

Please advise.
