LCM for FDMEE

Hi there, we are trying to copy FDMEE and HFM from one environment to another.  However, when copying across FDMEE, it fails stating that the target application doesnt exist (HFM is named differently in the two environments).  I changed the HFM application name in the FDMEE export files to the new application.  Is there a way to do this without doing each file manually? I did this manually and it now just fails on Application Period Mapping.  It doesn't state what is wrong with this, how is it possible to resolve this? I tried taking out this folder and reloading
