How to setup for contract web address link to FTP server?

Hi

I would like to know what needs to be done to use Web Address link to access the contract through 'Contract Workbench Administrator/User'.

We are 12.1.3 application server on LINUX and would like to set WINDOWS based server to keep all our contracts and should be accessible by clicking on the link for ex (ftp:\\xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx\folder\files). We do not want to save contract into the Database and just want to keep on windows based ftp server which should be able to access through oracle application users.

I'm not aware of the contract module at all and I'm not a functional consultant as well.
