Emails not going out for ARM

Hello,

Email notifications were working fine for us till last month. Not sure why but the emails are not going out all of a sudden for current period since last month. We have not changed any set up. Rather in v11.1.2.2 there is not much to be done to set up emails. So wondering what could be going wrong. Any thoughts?
