Can you run 18 different databases on a single two node RAC cluster?

We are contemplating moving off of Solaris cluster 3.x and to Oracle RAC 12C for active-active HA. we currently have 18 databases on our Solaris cluster. We would like to move them to a Oracle RAC cluster. This would be a two node cluster with 32 cores and 512GB of memory.

Is this scenario possible?  If so, would there be any issues as a result?
