Swap Memory Issue

My swap Memory usage increases every 10 to 11 day,for which i always need to restart my production server (CM,DM and all other components) to clear it which is not recommended,i use to run the below script to validate which all processes are consuming my swap memory but the amount of memory consumed by running the below script is not the same what i see by running the top command,can you please guide how can i clear my swap memory without restarting the server and how can i see which all processes are consuming my swap memory ?
