Has anyone else experienced missing SRs in their My Oracle Support Service Request home?

I have found from time to time that I will have an active SR go missing and the only way to find it, is to type in the SR number into the search box. This makes it difficult to keep track of the SRs when they don't pop up on my list. I have had a couple of them end up requesting to close due to inactivity, but it is hard to keep up with the activity if the SR isn't showing up in my list. Is anyone else noticing this issue?
